Save Database to File

To transfer a database from one server to another, you need to save it to a file first. Also, you may want to save the backup copy of a database.

To do this, open the Database Connection Properties window and click the Save button there (Figure 1).

Attention! If Business Studio is not installed on the database server, you can save the database using MS SQL Server Management Studio ¹⁾.
