Business Studio Components Interaction

Various configurations are allowed when working with Business Studio. Remote work with one and the same Business Studio model is possible in case different Business Studio components interact with each other. 

Please note! The interaction possibility is defined by the way of connecting to the Internet and is provided by the network infrastructure means. These should be setup by competent IT specialists.

To ensure the correct work of the system, use one of the Business Studio installation options (see Installation Steps). Database Server and License Server should be mandatory installed. 

Warning! Access to the ports of License Server services and MS SQL Server should be provided. 

The workstation with the local database and without a Node-locked license, needs access to the License Server only. 

There are no special speed requirements to the channel to use Business Studio Portal or HTML Publication. 

Local Network Alternatives

Remote Desktop Client

Beforehand, Business Studio Client and all the software necessary for its operation are installed on the remote desktop server. 

To connect the users, use one of the following: 

Virtual Machines

Both Business Studio Server and Business Studio Client can be installed on a virtual machine. For activation, use online licenses (see License Activation).
