By joining our partnership program, potential applicants are given the opportunity to use Business Studio into their business activities, provide professional services, and sell the Business Studio system.
The main advantages of Business Studio are its simplicity, effectiveness, and the potential it offers. These advantages not only make Business Studio easy to use but also easy to sell.
The partnership program allows potential applicants to choose from a range of partnership options.
Partner status
Registered Member
The Registered Member status is afforded to IT companies engaged in the implementation of BPM technologies, which requires analysis of the customer’s business processes.
This status allows the applicant to:
- Sell the Business Studio business modeling system;
- Obtain a free one-year temporary license for internal use.
Conditions:
- The partnership bonus is 10%.
Requirements:
- To retain the Registered Member status, applicants must implement at least one project using Business Studio during the course of the year and draw up a case study on it.
Partner
The Partner status is afforded to companies offering professional consulting and/or IT services concerning business architecture design or implementation of BPM and LEAN methodologies.
There are two options:
Partner not authorized to provide technical support
This status allows the applicant to:
- Sell the Business Studio business modeling system;
- Obtain free temporary and permanent licenses for internal use (permanent licenses are granted on a results basis only);
- Post its information in the partner directory.
Conditions:
- The partnership bonus is 40%.
Requirements:
- To retain this Partner status, applicants are required to sell and supply at least one Business Studio license during the course of one year;
- To switch to this Partner status from the Registered Member status, applicants must implement two projects using Business Studio over the course of one year and draw up case studies on them.
Partner authorized to provide technical support
This status allows the applicant to:
- Provide technical support to customers;
- Benefit from all of the rights granted to partners not authorized to provide technical support.
Conditions:
- The partnership bonus is 50%.
Requirements:
- To receive this Partner status, applicants are required to sell and supply at least two Business Studio licenses over the course of one year whilst operating as a Partner not authorized to provide technical support;
- To retain this Partner status, applicants are required to sell and supply at least two Business Studio licenses during the course of the past year.
Procedure for obtaining the partner status
To obtain the Partner status, applicants shall conclude a partnership agreement.

Marketing support
- Posting of information about the partner in the marketing publications by “Umalogic”;
- Assistance with the organization and promotion of marketing and training events of the partner, including announcements in the various information publication resources of “Umalogic”, hiring of speakers, and recruitment of information partners.;
- Joint participation in third-party marketing events, such as conferences, competitions, exhibitions on organizational development and BPM, etc.
- Assistance with the preparation and placement of publications in leading national media outlets (client case studies with the implementation of processes using Business Studio, materials on the use of the BS system, etc.);
- Provision of lists of potential customers for the purposes of actively promoting sales to partners on request;
- Provision of documentation, information and advertising materials to partners.
