STUPORTALSRV2\Manager	321EWQdsa1	Department Head	Has access to: User’s own activities; Activities of the subordinate Department; Related activities; Subordinate department and its elements. Can update Process Descriptions for which the Position is the Owner; Can update reports with a limited lifespan (e. g. measure report or objective report); Can enter measure values; Can delete any post in discussions of activities for which the Position is the Owner.
STUPORTALSRV2\Employee	321EWQdsa1	Employee	Has access to: User’s activities; User’s department. Can enter measure valuers (actual values only, according to the scenario); Can update reports with a limited lifespan (e. g. measure report or objective report).

Note that Objectives and Measures reports have a lifetime of 1 hour from the moment they are generated. When you open such report after the lifetime has expired, the report is generated again, and this may take a while.
